Ezgi Köse is partner in Köse Law. She has remarkable experience in many aspects of international business law, employment law, data protection law and competition law.
Ms. Köse has significant experience in employment law, recruitment and termination processes; especially in drafting and negotiation of employment agreements, instruct company regulations, reconstructing, disciplinary and termination processes, work safety, social security maternity leave, managing lawsuits and pursue litigation process and all related issues under employment law.
Her expertise includes data protection compliance projects, which she advised many clients on data protection, obtaining data inventory, risk reports, all stages of re-construction of the agreements and follow-up of required procedures before the public authorities.
She also has significant experience in drafting and negotiating commercial related agreements, mediating before the court and obtaining permits required for construction and operation companies. She represented major international and national companies, in diverse range of commercial case law.
